And So It Begins

Today was the first day of school! I feel a little sentimental. We had such a great summer, and now it's at an end. But I am very grateful to God that we have a wonderful Christian school to send the kids to, and they have fantastic teachers this year.

Noah is entering kindergarten.

Olivia is in Pre-K.
Noah enjoyed the playground before school started.
Olivia knew where to hang her backpack.
We celebrated at Logan's afterwards.

Livi is content to eat only peanuts for lunch.
(But Mommy doesn't agree!)

This must be my day for tears. How sweet they are. But where does the time go? Have a great first day! I love you Noah & Livi

Does that say something about whiskey by Olivia's head?? :)

My eldest starts kindergarten at home this year. I'm looking forward to getting into a routine, but I don't want summer to end either!

Yes, in fact, I think Olivia was looking at both the whiskey and bourbon. Thankfully, she settled for a Coke. :)

Love the pictures! I can't believe they are old enough to both be in school! I too hate to see summer end. The boys are getting ready though!:)

And you got your hair cut, right? It looks so good- the perfect style for you.

I just can't believe that school is starting already! We don't start here until the day after Labor Day. But, I have to say that I am ready for the routine and structure again. Those pictures are just too cute!
