Pippi Longstocking

Today I was able to go with Noah's class to a production of the play Pippi Longstocking. Noah enjoyed the play very much. Pippi acts silly enough to capture and keep a five-year-old's attention for over an hour. I haven't read the book in a very long time, so it was fun for me to get reacquainted with the story.

This is Noah's little class with his teacher Mrs. Rucano.
Waiting for the play to begin.
After the play with a few members of the cast.

Sounds like great fun!! He is so cute! That little smile of his reveals all of his excitement! Glad you were able to go along. Andrew had a field trip today also and only dads were invited. They too had lots of fun!!

Looks like FUN, Jill! Zoe is going on her first pre-school field trip on Monday - to the library. Doesn't sound quite as exciting as Pippi!!!!!!!!

I love Pipi! I went ot the Minneapolis Children's Theater when I was little and saw it on a Sunday afternoon...oh the joys of childhood!

I too am glad you got to go on the trip - kids always love it when moms are there!

Looked like a great play, Jill. I bet you enjoyed as much as Noah! I have been wanting to take my boys to the Children's Theatre here but haven't gotten around to it. After seeing your pictures, I knew I would have to get us to a play soon :)
