I was so inspired by everyone's beautiful fall pictures on their blogs, that I couldn't wait to take some of my own! Then I woke up this morning when it was still dark and noticed a beautiful glow coming through the windows...something I hadn't seen for awhile...it was the moon reflecting off the snow! Well, the kids were alot more excited about it than I was. Or, shall I say, they were excited, and I wasn't. The kiddos went outside to play right away, and good thing too, because it had all disappeared by noon.

Adorable pics!!! I am with you though-I can wait awhile for the snow. It is pretty but that is about as far as it goes! ~Michelle
Jill- Don't you just love the midwest! While growing up my dad used to tell me that if I didn't like the weather, I could wait 5 minutes because it would probably change! Glad the kids enjoyed the snow.
That's cute. Ha ha. Hey remember about 13 years ago (love saying that) when you were going to have a killer Halloween party and out of no-where we had a blizzard? I don't think I made it to your party that time.
Jeannie, yes I remember! I was so bummed. That was THE HALLOWEEN BLIZZARD OF '91, when we had 28 inches of snow. We had to cancel the party (I think my parents actually said "postpone", so maybe we should all go to their house for the party we never had!).
That is so awesome! I love that I am not the only one who is seeing snow:) Ours stays a little longer though. The kids look cute all bundled up!
SNOW!! I am just getting used to the chilly weather!! I am not ready for snow.. and all the coats, hats gloves, boots and more!! The truth is I think some of our gloves got eaten up by the snow monster last year! :) Have wonderful COLD day!! Love you all.

Oh Jill! Those pictures cracked me up...I was expecting to see some fall pics and was very surprised that you have had snow already! It is pretty, but I hate the hassle of bundling up. I usually just say to my kids, "RUN, it is cold!" Maybe that is why they are always sick :) Their smiles are priceless -- what cuties!
